Filing a DMCA Notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, provide the following information to admin@crmbest.odseep.com:

  3. Location of Infringing Material: Provide a description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Site, including a URL or other specific identification.
  4. Good Faith Statement: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy and Authority Statement: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, CRMBest will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the material about the takedown and provide information about submitting a counter-notice.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice by providing the following:

  1. Identification of the material removed and where it was located on the Site.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and agree to accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
